Welcome

Home Gallery

Here are pics of a few homes I built in Jackson County, Missouri in the early 2000’s.  Two separate locations; Osage Springs in the city of Buckner and Four Pillars in the city of Blue Springs. I consistently looked for 3 main features when choosing spec houses to build. Several of the homes are certified Energy Star Homes.

  • Front elevation (curb appeal) that made you look twice when driving by.
  • Ergonomic floor plans that made for comfortable living.
  • House plans that offered a Bonus Room.  Usually unused attic space that gets put to good use.
