Boring stuff, but you need to review the deed restrictions before you purchase any lots.

ARTICLE VIII - ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL and ARTICLE IX - USE RESTRICTIONS will help you decide if you want to live in Osage Springs.  The deed restrictions were recorded in Jackson County on April 25th, 2001.
