Osage Springs is Tim Camper's newest community, built especially with your generation in mind. When complete, Osage Springs will be a combination of 70 Single-Family Homes, 14 Duplexes, 40 + Maintenance Free Homes and a full service Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).

Location

The 44-acre development is inside the city limits of Buckner, MO.

Buckner is located 10 minutes east of Independence on 24 Highway.  Osage Springs is located on Sibley Street, south of 24 Highway.

Coming from I-70 and Grain Valley, go north on BB about 8 minutes (same as Buckner Tarsney Road).

Two Distinct Themes

Single-family and Duplex with generous lot sizes.

"Senior living" which consists of Maintenance Provided Homes and a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Phase I

Phase I is open to approved builders and has 14 duplex and 18 single-family home sites.  Lot reservations are now being taken.  Review the price guide on the Single-Family and Duplexes page for a current listing of available home sites.
